I've been following the Reddit PPL beginner program ever since February'19 with slight changes. I added weighted pull-ups on pull days and dips on push days because they're my babies. Will redoing reddit ppl help me with my focus now on progressive overload or is there another better hypertrophy program? I do remember finding the volume a little low in general
